Unhappy Ovi Customer Gets Animated

Retailers know that satisfied customers generally tell 5 people about their positive shopping experience, but that 85% of dissatisfied customers tell 9 people about their poor experience, 13% tell 20 and, I guess, every now and again one gets so frustrated he makes a cartoon about it and posts it on YouTube to tell the whole world about it.
